Looks like I'll be fine come Saturday...

Write grocery list Saturday
Organize guest and help list Saturday
Buy dry and frozen groceries, including 25 kg (50 lbs.) of turkey Saturday
Buy dairy and refrigerated groceries (leaving that for Friday)
Cook and freeze pumpkin (2) Saturday
Cook and freeze whole sweet potatoes Sunday

Banana bread!!!
I wish I could make banana bread. It is soooo yummy right out of the oven!

Have you tried Banana nut chocolate chip bread!? Really good.

Sheesh! I'm only doing a dinner for 6 people and I'm a little freaked out. (You would be too if you'd ever had to eat my cooking.) I can't imagine the heroic feat you are performing here!

Oops, the recipe in English is wrong. It should be 1 cup of sugar (2½ dl), not 2 cups. I made 3 loaves of bread tonight and there is too much sugar in the recipe. And, no more bananas... *sigh*
