A council sounds like a good idea...but we do have Zelda as Lady of the City.

You do not think it would be best to have an organization, to have more eyes watching the citizens? It seems every day there is a tragedy to contend with. Why not put measures to help minimize the damage?

I would agree that a process of being able to judge fairly and to keep better eye on the city would be encouraged, but it's a little problematic. The Task Force and Shin-Ra want to be separated.

Personally, I would like to see something a little more organized, but I think what we have so far is a better start than we could have had.

Mn. I have seen problems like this before. That is why I do believe a representative council would be useful - get the players all at the table. Perhaps not working as one unit, but at least working side by side for the greater goal.

In truth, my lord, I have been interested in such myself since being elected, however, there are those that refuse to work with me.
