I can't believe this. I knew the pain would really kick in eventually.

I didn't know it would be constant agony even with the painkillers. Stupid wisdom teeth. How can things that aren't even there anymore hurt so much. I can't even open my mouth very wide now.

I had my wisdom teeth out when I was a senior in high school (or possibly junior. Dammit. Well, anyways) -- and if it's any consolation, I couldn't even take the proper painkillers. I tried one dose of the prescription stuff, and it made me feel so dizzyingly loopy that I decided it would be easier to just hurt for awhile. I did take Motrin, though, without which I would have been SORELY (no pun intended) miserable ... but it still was not much fun. :P

If it's any consolation, it didn't last more than a few days (the real sharp-ish ow-ie pain, I mean), and was worst first thing in the morning (before I had a chance to get the Motrin goin', basically).

You have my sympathies, though, mate. Getting wisdom teeth removed is NOT fun.

I can't think of many comforting things to say, either. Um ... at least a drug kingpin didn't take out your eyes, too?? ;-D

I'm so sorry. I felt the same way when I had got braces. I felt such pain I couldn't even talk.

I went through braces too, but for some reason my teeth and gums are oversensitive (no diseases or anything, they just suck). Braces REALLY suck.
