Last Week-
Sat - Running
Sun- Almost two hours mountain biking :)
Tues - Karate
Thurs - Stepper
Off to go drag myself on another run where I realize I'm on the edge of not being able to do it. Solution - do it more. Life cracks me up...

I should do something today exercise wise as I did nothing yesterday, but the way the rest of hte day is looking, probably won't happen. Instead I'll be completing other long overdue chores like cooking and deal with laundry and the ever present cleaning. :)
Tomorrow I plan to start my pilates stuff.. they all look fun. Most of the discs are only 20 minutes and I get to do them barefoot. All wonderful factors. :)
