You are varied and knowledgeable.

What kind of PC do you have or recommend?

I've had Dell's for years.  My last desktop lasted almost nine years.  My notebook is three years old.  I think I want another desk top.
Not sure how I feel about the touch screen.  I'm thinking that would kill my neck and shoulders.  I wish more bugs were worked

If you're committed to the PC platform get a Dell. Otherwise take a look at Macs. I only buy Dell PCs, they are good, reliable and well priced. Service is also good. That said I'm fairly sure my next computer purchase will be a Mac.

I have two Dell desktops in the house. I haven't had any problems with them. We use Dell desktops at work as well.

Had the same Dells for 6+ years. Use BenQ (laptop) now for almost two years. What is wrong with W7?

It seems that everyone has been happy with their Dells, including me. Think I'll stick with that when I can afford the one I want.

As for what is wrong with 7....I don't know. It's new and I like to wait until the bugs are worked out. lol

I love XP - Vista, not at all.

Dell's are awful to work on if they do have problems. I'll never own another one. I have Windows 7, and have no issues.
