Notes: Takes place during Twilighting, which I was really happy with. But that idea just refused to be done with. Dedicated to zeddish who is a general enabler, and jihad_junk who occasionally also puts ideas into my head

I think there's a difference in what Doris and Nicholas need from Danny. Doris, when she was younger, really wanted Danny to move on from his mourning and be the person he had been before. On the other hand, Nicholas lets Danny have his sadness (movie pub scene) and prods Danny towards becoming someone new.

I'm glad that I write for this fandom too.
