Firstly, godDAMNyou for making me find that hot. Fuck it: I'm going to hell, but at least I'll have company. And smut. But I'll overlook that ;) because of my second point, which is that YOUR CHARACTERISATION IS BEYOND AWESOME AND MAKES ME FLAIL LIKE A FLAILY THING. Bloody HELL you can write! You made this situation feel completely believable, and the way you write Angel is fucking off the charts incredible.

Oh no, keep going *preens* I get such a kick getting feedback on old stories. This one is one of my favourites because whenever I reread it I'm a little surprised that it wasn't written by someone else. YOUR FLAILING MAKES ME HAPPY LIKE A THING THAT GETS OFF ON FLAILING.

In that case I hope you won't mind if I flail some more (and mem this fic and possibly stalk you a little), because this is EXACTLY what I love in my non-con fic and it's SO bloody difficult to find! I hate fandom's tendency to make otherwise strong characters helpless victims in this sort of situation. But this? PERFECT.

I hate a lot of rape-fic because I don't like stories about people crying and vomiting and then committing suicide. So much of it is about the destruction of the victim character, rather than the power play that lead to the act, which is what I tried to make this about. I have another rape-fic floating around in this fandom (it was posted around the same time as this one, so it's probably a few entries along. If not, I'm pretty sure it's in the archive).
