She'd even brought some of the older fae texts she'd collected that concerned vampires; figuring it would make a nice present to transcribe and offer them to Nikola. Knowing she wasn't going to be sleeping any time soon, she sighed and got up, figuring a cup of tea would be perfect right about now.
Pulling on a pullover sweater, she made her way in her pj's and barefeet down to the kitchen - not really that surprised to see Nigel up at this hour. "Hey, sweetie," she said, smiling. "Couldn't sleep?"

A part of him did not like Devon curled up around Nigel like a duvet one bit, but it was still mighty relieving. In his shrinky opinion, the last thing Nigel needed was a one-night stand, cuddling included or not and, well, he thought she'd have more sense. He was glad to know that yes - she did.
Moving over to the sofa, he offered a spare rug rolled up behind it. "Ah, ouch," he managed to get out with real sympathy at the sight of the stitch. "I'll go get the first aid box..."

Sneaking a quick glance over to see that Will wasn't watching, she went and grabbed a caramel from the stash she'd placed in the room. Sneaking it over, she grinned before going and making her own tea.

He moved over and perched on the arm of the sofa, gently probing Nigel's shoulder. "So... found yourself a bff and you've been here, what, a week - hey, not bad, man."

Turning back to Nigel, she asked, "How long have they been in? Because if it's longer than nine or ten days, they can probably come out." She peeked over Will's head to see the wounds.
