Happy to see you happy :D You finally got the break you deserve, and it's Christmas too! What was your class Christmas like? We never really did something Christmas like back when I was still in high school except Christmas mass at school's church.
You read Battle Royale? :o the manga one or is there other Battle Royale I didn't know? Too bad for the novels, but you can find No 6 translations in internet now :D

I know right. Owning something in your laptop isn't the same as owning it physically :3 Too bad No 6 manga doesn't seem to be released here, with the genre (shonen-ai). My country's stingy about it :/, so I guess I won't be owning the physical copy.

Battle Royale is about a survival game. Actually, it's more like the Hunger Games than anything. Only, it came first before The Hunger Games.
It's basically about this class of 42 students who were chosen for this so-called "Program" initiated by the government as a sort of experiment where they have to fight to the death on this deserted island until only one of them is left alive.
Yeah I know. Sounds a lot like the Hunger Games right?
But it's actually quite different from THG, and not to mention that the author of THG and the author of Battle Royale have never even read each other's works and nor have they heard of each other.
Aaw, that's too bad :(. But you can always hope that things'll change soon, I guess :)
