I kinda love this story. At first I was like, "SV/L&O whaaa?" but I am hooked. The imagery is great without being too florid or overbearing and I love your dialogue. But the best part is you have the characters in completely different situations as from the show, but the characterization is spot-on. I even like Jimmy here, and that's an accomplishment. And Davis Bloome as a coroner? Well played, madam. Can't wait to read the rest.

Wow, thank you for the wonderful words! Don't worry, I had a similar "what you talkin 'bout, brain?" moment before I started writing it.

With this being a fusion fic, characterization was the most important thing to me (it wouldn't have worked so well if the characters were only recognizable by name), so I'm glad you could still see them in there.
