Went to my first yoga class last night with a few friends, hehe what an experience. I have to admit it was really good and i really enjoyed it. I did some moves that i honestly did not know i could do. Haha

It really is relaxing..at the end is the best..you just lie there in the dark for like 10 minutes (though it seems longer) and you can feel yourself totally unwinding,(after 2 hours of exercise) its amazing really. Give it ago!
That was my excuse..and trust me im not that very flexible either..but this wasnt really the advanced stuff where your legs are wrapped all around u and stuff..haha! i would've walked out if it was that.
HAHA! it may not seem like much but for me it was huge,I managed to balance alot without quivering, all these other moves where i could bend my back, pelvis etc..And there were some moves which were....quite fascinating.(Things like lying on your back, pulling your knees up to your chest and then spreading them as far as possible! haha!)But its really all about the breathing too..once you get the hang of it its so much simpler..well slightly.

HAHA! it may not seem like much but for me it was huge,I managed to balance alot without quivering, all these other moves where i could bend my back, pelvis etc..And there were some moves which were....quite fascinating.(Things like lying on your back, pulling your knees up to your chest and then spreading them as far as possible! haha!)But its really all about the breathing too..once you get the hang of it its so much simpler..well slightly.
