Scary Stuff

I've recently started watching serial killer documentaries. They are so creepy, but somehow fascinating. How can people get to a point where they feel no compassion or empathy for others. Their actions are so sadistic, and their consciences so empty... it's unbelievable.

I completely understand the fascination! I read a lot of books about serial killers during senior year in high school, but I had to stop because they started giving me nightmares, hahah,

So far, I haven't had too many nightmares. And the ones that were a bit scary, weren't too bad. But yes, fascinating indeed. I wonder what makes these people so desensitized to violence...
