I made the mistake of going to this asian salon in Linda Vista because I figured they can work with asian hair better (my past experiences, it's hard to dye my hair! since it's so dark!) anyway, $70 later, I didn't get the dark blonde I wanted, it's more of a dark brown and she didn't even totally dry my hair! Does anyone know where I can go to get my hair dyed blonde, preferably in the UTC area for under $80? I don't feel like spending any more than that after this. Thanks.
