Property Management recommendations

I currently own a 1br condo in Mira Mesa that I'm considering renting out in the near future if I have to relocate due to a job. I was wondering if anyone who owns rental property can recommend a good property management company

I currently rent from American Heritage Properties. It has been a pleasant experience. I've only had one maintenance request, and it was handled efficiently. You can check out their webpage here.

Don't use A&J Property Management; my coworker had a nightmare of a time dealing with the managers because they could hardly ever be reached and kept seeming to have disconnected phone numbers.
