Can anyone recommend an affordable salon & stylist that can do fingerwaves? I know a place but they charge $75 since they consider it an "updo" and I do not want to pay that since it is just for a 1920s themed house party. I am Caucasian but I have wavy hair. all the students there have to learn how to do fingerwaves for their big test. and i've seen some awesome ones!
