Question: I'm interested in this and the Sci Fi meetup but, for now at least, I'm on my own with my two kidlets. Does anyone bring kids to these deals, or is this a kid-okay place? They're both old (6) and young (6 months) enough respectively to be quiet and chill as needed. If not, that's cool. Thanks! :)

Nobody brings kids to the LiveJournal meeting because, as far as I know, nobody who attends so far has kids. If your kids can chill, they probably wouldn't be a problem. Some folks do bring kids to the sciencce fiction Meetup, and they seem to get along fine.
