senssuzy and I are moving ahead with the land purchase. Soon as our real estate agent can find us a surveyor who can get the job done in a timely fashion (the first one he tried was booked), I think we'll go ahead with it. It's a beautiful piece of land: a nice size, very secluded, very fertile, flat, not too damp, nothing wrong with it that we can find
