I'm still not entirely sure of what's going on, but in the meantime, survival and finding a way out of this nightmare are top priorities. Satellite is on the fritz, but since I've managed to find some type of message board here that's still active despite the destruction, I may as well utilize it to try and find help. So here goes

Federal law enforcement, actually. Paramilitary. But I did serve in the military proper earlier in my "career".

Heh, yeah. Not exactly what anyone would call a real career. Just a really bizarre set of circumstances and situations that eventually led to me being where I am today.

Finally, yeah. Getting onto the network wasn't hard, it was finding a working connection and terminal.

It was fairly easy for me once I got out. I didn't have working electricity where I was from the past few months to even have a working terminal.

Back at you. I've made it this long on my own. I'm used to handling rough conditions on my own.

It's fine. I did the same myself. Went to check out a precinct and ran into some company.
