hey all.

i am looking for advice on fasting. i want to do a 3 to 5 day fast that cleans me out pretty good for that amount of time.

does anyone have any recomendations/advice/resources/direction for such a desire?

there were pretty thorough directions on fasts that they were trying to get people to do in april on the school of the americas watch website. soaw.org, see if they're still there!

Fasting in the spring or summer is MUCH easier than in the winter. At least for me. So it's a good time of year
