My sister had a baby when she was 16 (Wendy, not Felicia--Felicia is a fuckup) Wendy's boyfriend Dave quit school, married her, got a job. That was 19 years ago. They both have since finished school, have great jobs, and are still happily married. I know we're not close anymore, but I honestly believe that you can handle this and that you're strong enough to not let it ruin your life.
