But here's where it may have gone wrong;
Near the end it flashes back and forth from Sam during his high-school years, and Sam and Kurt in bed in their apartment five years ago, thinking about the past.
Puck and Mike had been the ones who had saved Sam during his first attempt.
The Second time Sam felt tempted, he stopped, and went straight to Kurt. making the promise that he hadn't been ready to make before.
