WOW! Did anyone else just LOVE "For King and Country"? It had a little bit of everything. I can't get over it! Major SQUEE! Comment and share your favorite parts!

Just in case anyone was wondering, I loved the Helen/John, Helen/James, meeting Griffin, 19th century Tesla, and everything. Just everything!

Just fair warning, I expect spoilers in the

sanctuary, helen magnus, amanda tapping

They should just film the show in Victorian england. I want to know more about the 5, all the little hints and clues to the relationships are so unfair. There should be a spinoff series about the 5 and their adventures.

I cannot agree more. I have to admit, though, that the hints and clues are what keep the fanfic writers (like me!) writing. But yes, I can see them spinning Sanctuary off into another series - something like "Sanctuary: The Oxford Years" or something like that.

I ADORED the Helen/James innuendo... And is it just me, or did Nikola still have a hint of his Serbian accent in the flashbacks?

Plus, In Johnny's true self loathing style.... What does he do? Go to China town and OD *eyeroll* Although the Helen/John moments were so squee worthy <3

Cambodia! and it was more likely Opium to keep his bad self docile. I loved that she laid in his arms over night I wonder how long it had been since they had last done that...

Oh it was Cambodia? My daughter was chattering away in my ear so I just assumed it was China town or something because I didn't hear where it was lol.

Yeah, I'm really hoping that they decide to try and be together again.

The episode was pure love. I ship Helen/John very much, so when she cared for him, and lay down beside him, I was dying inside. Helen/James was also quite adorable. Discreet, sneaky. But definitely hints of something there. I liked it.

All of the Five together was the most brilliant thing ever! Hello, Nigel, very nice to finally meet you after all these fanfics!

I also loved the scene where Helen's doctoring him back to health in Cambodia. It just seemed to innocent and natural, and you can see in those moments when John's too out of it to notice, all of the things she was able to hide from him even for those few moments in Haunted where he was himself again. It's then that you realize she's never forgotten how much she loves him, but that knowing he's held captive in his own body by a homicidal electrical entity has given her hope that she hasn't really lost the man that she loves.

Oh, exactly! I agree with every word you wrote. That's why I have some form of hope that something might happen in the future. More than just in flashbacks. If nothing else I hope these little moments of clarity keep popping up, so they can have adorable scenes again.

I'm so with you! As strange as it seems, I think losing Ashley was one of the catalysts to bring them to this point of understanding the monster locked inside him ( ... )

EPIC. God I love this show. Even better the second time I watched it.
Bless Helen it was so obvious in that scene that she has so missed John.

Yes, oh, yes, oh, yes! And in that scene where Helen and John are leaning across the desk from each other, you can tell that something's been stirred in John by that intimate moment. Even if he wasn't fully conscious for it, his spirit has been touched by it.
