Item: I lost my silver vocation ring while in the desert southwest. The one engraved with "Mind Body Spirit Peace Love." It wasn't expensive (circa $5) but I've worn it ever since I professed monastic vows a few years ago. I think I left it in Tucson as I didn't have it in NM ( Read more... )

The Youtube screen has a height which is shorter than usual. How did you do that?

Is that altering the embed code, or just an LJ error which looks great?

I changed the height function in the embed code since there is no video (just a blank screen) so I didn't need all the object space.

Thanks for posting the Abney Park link. I'm familiar with their reputation as being hugely insanely popular with Steampunk fans. I imagine that it's the visual that completes that -- the music was... not in any way what I expected to hear from that band. Relaxing, certainly, but did I expect relaxing? I'm not sure, but that wasn't it! Thank you for the introduction.

The candle is defective I guess.

I'm not much into steampunk but I found this song and it resonated with me. I, too, found the video for it distracting (?).
