I am acting Research Leader for 2 weeks. I get to handle year-end purchasing. I get to represent during the "reorganization" discussions. Fun. On Monday I am taking my research group out for lunch. Double fun

She could be the most dedicated, awesome personal trainer in the world, but if she stands up a client more than once without a helluva great explanation? Done.

And the rest? Way over the line indeed! She's gotta go.

Yes. I agree. I'm conflicted because I did get a lot out of her training.It's working. I'm losing weight, toning up my flabby muscles, and am learning that my limitations are mostly in my head, not my body. I just didn't sign up to be her gal pal or her business consultant or her therapist. Gratitude makes me hesitate.
