Details on the trip are not finalized - this is a government agency we are talking about, after all. Well, actually TWO beauracracies - US & PRC. The trip will be completed by September 30, though, the end of the fiscal year. I'll certainly post what I can when I can.

I wonder if I'll be able to blog from China?
