it's nice to meet people who have direction and goals for their lives and who aren't afraid to share them.  it's also nice to feel encouraged to reach for your own personal goals throughout life and to know that there are people behind you who love and care about you.

didn't realize it would have that big of an effect on anyone. just thought i'd be cute and post a couple pictures. i'm proud of myself for sticking with band so long; i've met most of my best friends through it, in one form or another.

and having people in your corner cheering for you makes it so much better.
