Seriously, if they continue this season the way they've started, it's gonna outstrip 5 as my favourite by a MILE.

Damn, I really will have to get back to Supernatural one of these days. I was an original watcher back in the early days, but I think I stopped at the end of season 2 and can't remember why I never managed to pick it up again. But I loved it then and sounds like it has only got better.

Oh, television. Thank you for turning otherwise sane and intelligent people into quivering balls of flail! I'll join your support group ;)

You really, really do. I did the same thing actually - watched Seasons 1 and 2, and bits of seasons 3, but stopped watching because it was never on tv at easily watchable times and I just didn't have the DVD's. BUT OH GOD am I glad I picked it back up. At the beginning of season 4 it takes this swing that you would have never seen coming, but is an incredible storyline. They lost their way a little in Season 6 mythology wise (they are some brilliant stand alones though), but the end of S6 and the start of S7? The best they've ever done, IMO.

Your heart will break though. Fair warning. You will be a splintered, aching soul by the time you've caught up.
