I was taken back by what Fry said too. Not that I expect every respectable human being to fully appreciate Doctor Who but it shocks me when they just. don't. get. it.

It's not because he said it was childish, because that's one of it's charms, but the fact that he said it was unintelligent. What? WHAT?! Silly Mr Fry.
