To his defense, that had been apparently added at the request of FOX.

I had worried that would be the case. :/ When will FOX learn that messing with Joss' formula is never a good idea?

Agreed. I really think this show has the potential to go far, it just needs to get into its stride.

I wasn't ~blown away~, but I didn't dislike it, and the potential is definitely there. I'm giving it some time to see where they take it.
