IDK, I don't ever remember seeing anything. I think part of my problem was that I though Virginia was Noprth-West for some reason, and I knew DC was next to Virginia, and I got confused. or perhaps I thought Virginia was north-west because that's where DC was in my head...hmmm. Who knows.
