why is it that australian contracts all refuse to have the address of the vendor on it anywhere? notice provisions only state how the vendor will notify us, the customer. WHAT IF I WANT TO NOTIFY YOU, YOU FREAK OF NATURE???

work, whinging

my friend tells me that it's because australian lawyers merely use the businesses' registration numbers and assume that if you want to mail them something, you can look it up online in the public registry. i think it's muuuuch simpler if you just include the address on the face of the contract. 9_9 what harm does it do? who knows. cultural differences. *shrugs*

hahah! i feel your pain. i work for a government entity that you can't call regarding invoices. you have to fill out an online form as well as submit an invoice. if you fill out your form wrongly, you won't get paid. the catch? there's no number you can call to find out what you did wrong HAHAHAHAHAHHA!!!

i'm sure it isssss~~ but how much easier would it be if i could look at the contract and see right there on the face of it your address for service? it's got *our* address for service on it~~~~ *whinewhinewhine*
