things that really get my goat!

i hate it when adults are rude. well by that i mean i hate it when people who are older than me are disrespectful, petty, and have no sense of decorum. i feel like i'm supposed to respect my elders and be polite, but i can't respect people who are this stupid and annoying! i wish i had the guts to make a scene at times like this!

wherein random people are rude to me in a food court )

rant, random, life, whinging

i wish i knew how to be all confrontational in public!! but i'm always torn between ignoring people who are trying to bait me and/or trying to overpower them with my insanity... usually i try not to let the insanity out of its box... >_>

*clings to youuuu*

That was truly rude and inexcusable behavior! Not just by sitting down without at least pretending to be polite by asking first, but acting as if it were her right... then to add insult, she was opening up YOUR table to others! Clearly a bigot.

I think I would have been at a loss as to what to say or do with her (and her husband) either. I'm not really confrontational but sometimes, when someone presses me, I will give them hell. It's taken me a number of years to get there though.

*snugs* I'd share my table with you any time.

ohh~~ i forgot to write the part where the husband said: "if they want a f**king private conversation they can rent a room at the f**king Pan Pacific hotel."

9_9

isn't that randomly rude? afterwards, my friend said: "i guess bitchy people marry other equally bitchy people..." ^O^;;;

i don't know. i always expect people to be civil and to ask first before taking. maybe it's the canadian in me. >_>

How very strange! And then before she left she drew even more attention to her strangeness! I'm so glad that everyone around reacted the way they did. Definitely proved that she was the one with problems.

yes~~ i'm glad everyone ignored her! but a secret selfish part of me wishes that someone had said something to put her in her place. i can't say anything because i'm part of the scenario, so she'd just think i'm the one being rude. but if a third party observer had said something, then it should be more apparent that her bahviour is strange on all fronts.

^^;;; ahhh. i wish i could hurt her feelings back.

hahahahah.

what a weirdo. No common courtesy! I wonder what I would have done...though I may have stayed there just to irk her. Or maybe, kicked her under the table 'by accident'. Or pulled out my phone as they conversed and said 'smile! this is going on youtube!'

^_^;;

keke. i totally stayed there just to irk her!

of course afterwards when i was talking to my friends back at work, i realized that i should have started crying when the husband swore. haha. i'm sure some of the guys standing around would have come to see what was going on. ^O^
