Is it lunchtime yet?

That was a little embarrassing. I got real sleepy there all of a sudden and just opened my eyes to the school secretary staring down at me, hands on her hips. I was curled up under my desk.

She asked me if I was all right and I said sure. In fact, my stomach doesn’t hurt at all anymore. Come to think of it, I’m really hungry.

And then she tells me smallest daughter just got a demerit for biting the receptionist. Which is ridiculous: she’s not like that at all. I told her I would be having words with the principal about it. She would only bite if someone was attacking her. They’re all scared of us, silly meat.

And then she asks me about the document I have open on the screen - the one with all the calculations. She says she’s never seen anything like that in a church newsletter before - was it something to do with physics?

I told her to back off and went back to work. Smallest daughter’s growling in the room behind me - I yanked her out of that school. Was going to yank eldest daughter too but then I found that DH came by and took her home early. Funny I didn’t see the Rabbit out there. Didn’t bring me any lunch either, the bastard. I ate all my Lean Cuisines an hour ago.

EDIT - so DH just called me and asked where I got the teacakes from. The nerve! I broke the phone. Too busy with the Kincaid Equation, and the Luther Trigome.

Except I can’t remember where I got them.   salamet, did that place we sent to for the Bobo have teacakes? But I think maybe I got them from the bakery in town.

Never mind. I have to go get smallest daughter a squirrel.
