You wish you had a Where the Wild Things Are icon, so you could be cool like me.

Anyway. Semi-annual television poll. It's time has come.

Poll

I don't actually know what Kings is, but everyone seems to love it.

SPN talk, cut for what might be a spoiler. better safe than sorry. )

Yes, definitely check out the rest of season four. It does slow a little, but there are some serious kick ass parts. It's hard to say what to skip, so much of it keeps building on previous themes. :/ Castiel becomes rather awesome, and this is coming from someone who was not a big fan of him. =)

Dollhouse is good, but it's slow to pick up. The first episodes are a bit bleh, so you probably could skip episodes if you'd like. The last two eps were pretty cool. =D

Hmm, I forgot to check it in the poll, but other new shows I'm in love with at the moment include The Mentalist and Lie To Me. The latter doesn't have much fanbase, but it's Tim Roth-- he rocks my socks. =P

I have started Dollhouse, and I was a little frustrated at the wasted potential. I'm glad to hear it gets better.

I haven't seen any SPN since 4.04 *ducks* (I still kind of know what's going on, because I have friends who still watch. But, yeah...)

I voted that you should watch Dollhouse. If you can make it up to episode 6 (and then 7, which was AWESOME), it's SO GOOD. It just takes some slogging through to get past all of the crap that the network made them change. But, so far, it's TOTALLY worth it.

Also, *points to icon* I have no idea if you'd like Eli Stone, but since it's my new obsession, I fell the need to pimp it out anyway. Without giving anything away: It's about a lawyer who starts seeing George Michael singing on his coffee table. C'mon, how awesome does that sound? (There's only two seasons. Bastards at ABC canned it the same time as Pushing Daisies. *shakes fist* ...not that I'm still bitter or anything.)

I'M STILL BITTER. TERRIBLY SO.

I think I might have to stick with Dollhouse then, because I've seen the first three eps and thought they were a little slow.

I say Supernatural because it's the Show and it has indeed gotten hardcore in the last several episodes and I just know that it's only going to get more awesome as we count down to the end of the season. I think you should catch up on that. Skip 4.10 though. It is not necessary for one's existence or understanding of what's going on later really. You can get everything you could possibly need from that episode by watching the little recap and the beginning of 4.11.

I like Dollhouse. I don't love it because I still don't know where it's all going, but it's Joss, so I suspect it's going somewhere awesome so I'm hanging in there.

I've tried to watch Kings but I just can't seem to get into it.

I don't think I'm going to give up on it yet. Dean Winchester was, after all, my first love. I owe it to him to try again.

I voted for Kings because that's what I would be watching, if I watched TV in the normal weekly way.

I don't watch tv either, because nothing shows here. So I download one show at a time so I can catch up with people. I think I might have to go with spn first, cause that's what the poll's telling me. Which is kind of a given because my flist is 90% in the SPN fandom.

*sigh* SPN. For me, it's gotten to the point where I read the post-episode chatter and then picture the episode in my head--without the stupid parts--and then watch the best scenes. The writers have at last used of the store of indulgent love I had for the show.

I'd say go ahead and catch up on SPN. It gets better, this last episode was worth any crap I've endured and this week doesn't look too bad. Plus there's 4x13 (I think that's the number, it's the high school one) because I've always wanted to see them in high school. \o/

Since that seems to be the consenus, I think that's what I'm going to try next. Possible followed by Legend of the Seeker. So much television, so little time :)
