Shortly after knocking the door is pretty much whipped open and... Vinny is facing a very irate looking Kotono.
It's pretty obvious she's angry about what happened, unless you're an idiot of course.

Vinny stepped back when she opened the door, looking absolutely terrified when he saw her expression.
