I am glad that you enjoyed it but I am sure as a resident of New York yourself, you must see a lot of it going on as well. It's one of those situations where it should be encouraging and yet it's decisively disheartening.

I live in Tribeca, so to say I know a little about gentrification would be an understatement. I have mixed feelings about so much of the "development" in this city.

I like Tribeca over all but I am not sure that Tribeca likes me. I feel often like I don't belong because I am not pushing a toddler in a Bugaboo with a balloon attatched. Sadly, I am also not Robert De Niro.
