You can make tomato soup with vegetables!

Normally I just put the water to boil, and add in cut up vegetables like carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, celery and plantains if you like it. You can also add in pasta (small, like the star-shaped sized, or boil penne pasta seperately, cut it into small pieces, and add it last to the soup.) and of course, a small can of tomato sauce for the flavoring!

There's also Bruschetta, which you cut up tomatoes and onions, and mix it with some minced garlic and olive oil (you can use any oil though). You top it on small pieces of bread that are normally toasted, but it doesn't have it be.

guacamole! is always good.

I forgot what this dish is called, but it's stir-fryed fries, with peppers, onions, and tomatoes if you want. You add the tomatoes in last though, so the fries don't soak up the juices and get wet. If you can, you can also add in chicken or steak cut up in bite size pieces. I eat this alongside white rice. nevermind, it's called lomo saltado. I tried it once at a restaurant, fell ( ... )
