Pete continues to make my life awesome. I have this weakness for Ryan/Pete, and every time Pete says something about Ryan, there's so much internal flailing, holy crap. Why does it seem like whenever Ryan talks about Pete, there's this sort of disconnected way he associates with Pete. And every time Pete says anything about Ryan, I can practically see the cartoon hearts in his eyes.
Aaacccgghghh, I would seriously love to write fic about them right now, but I just can't work it into words. You know how you feel something so solid, so right, but you just don't know how to articulate it correctly? Even though you're sure that it could make sense, you just can't make the words come out? That's about how I feel right now. There's this sweetly angsty fic brewing in my head and I just don't know how to put it down. BUT I WANT TO. *sigh*

Holy crap, YES. did you see the interview floating around where Ryan gets all defensive about Pete's involvement in their creative flow? I think part of it was because the interviewer was annoying, but still... It goes back to Ryan's insecurities and yeah. You know how I feel about that. ♥ But it makes you think, huh, maybe there is something he's trying to hide? And I love watching Brendon's face in that interview too, it's almost like he's trying to act all stoic when you know he knows more of the actual story and it's killing him to act like he doesn't. Maybe that's just me reading to much into things though. lol. It's fun

YES I SAW THAT!! I was sort of taken aback, like wow, um, subtle teeth right there. That interviewer was not my favorite, though, and it's very possible that he was annoyed with her. She did sort of sound like she was fishing for some confession, some dirt. I think Ryan's a little sick of Panic being labeled as Pete's Babies. Babies in that, aw, did Daddy Pete help you with your music homework? sense. If that were me, I would want to get out from under than too. But still. He seems a little harsh about it, sometimes. Like there's something more that he's sore about... *raises eyebrows*
It makes me want to write a love triangle fic between Pete, Ryan, and Brendon. I hate that it's so cliche, but it keeps knocking against the walls of my head, screaming there's a story in here! *facepalm*
I think it's adorable how proud Pete is. Now, Pete fanboys for Ryan instead of the other way around. Except, was there ever a time when Pete knew Ryan that he didn't completely fanboy over him? ;D

Excuse me for butting in, btw. But that's how we roll. I want in on these fic shenanigans. Because I've been toying with the idea of a Pete/Ryan/Brendon love triangle for like 3 weeks now, and guess what? It doesn't actually end with Ryan being an asshole and getting fucked senseless by Brendon. Are you guys shocked? I am.
That interview freaks me out, too. I actually feel bad for Ryan. Interviewers - the only people I hate more than RyRo.
I was saying the same thing to katilara today, that there's not really enough Pete/Ryan. I haven't read any actually where they're not just a side pairing or where it didn't end in angst. I'd be more than open for any recs you might have *G*
