Things seem to have gone downhill slightly concerning the upcoming vacancy at our academy. After the first round of calls it looked like we were going to hire the American with three years' experience. Our academy director asked me to call the girl in Taiwan one more time though, to see if a weekday would be more convenient ( Read more... )

But of course, she had just woken up after a hard night of partying, er... updating her resume? ;)
I work with a Brit and it did take the kids some time to get used to his accent, but I think they have an advantage now. I wouldn't settle for anything other than fabulous.

Hey now, she shouldn't be updating her resume if she's going to be working for us. ;)

I'd really like to find a fabulous coworker but at this point we only have one person who's still interested in the opening, so I don't think we'll get much choice.
