I guess it can happen anywhere--even in a smallish town.   The restuarant where we go to get our chicken wings, which is a couple of minutes and a couple streets away (we live on Woodland Rd.), had a hostage situation late yesterday afternoon.   Some guy shoots his girlfriend and then approaches the restaurant, carrying his 1 year old and a gun,
