"Janet Fraiser," Siler suggested. "I've heard they're... close."
"Carter is not gay," Walter gasped, shocked at the implication. "It has to be Jack O'Neill."
"After all this time?" another sergeant said. "No, it's the new team member. Jonas Quinn."
"It's 'jump,' fellas" Sam said from behind them. "As in skydiving."

Sam closed her eyes behind her purple-tinted glasses. "I will. I'll hold you as long as you need."

She had strapped into the space shuttle and seen gods and goddesses fall.
