Walter looked at Siler and Teal'c. "Surely more than four people have made it ten years with the Stargate program..."
"Nope," Sam said. "I checked every record I could get my hands on. It's just us. To ten years of saving the world."
The four of them touched glasses.

The radio on the deck was playing a Hits of the 70s CD. When "Dancing Queen" came on, Sam ran up on the deck and turned it up.
She stood with her back to the house and did an impromptu dance to the song. She shook her ass, put her hands in her hair and thrust her hips. When the song ended, she turned and saw Janet watching from a deck chair. Sam blushed and turned the radio back down. "Sorry..."
"Don't mind me," Janet said, eyes sparkling. "Far as I'm concerned, you could play that song all night long."

"I hate scary movies," Janet said. Her eyes were wet, ready to run over, and she was hugging herself. The rest of SG-1 had gathered at Sam's house, popular vote deciding on The Ring. "Can... I... hide in here?"
"Yeah," Sam smiled. She wrapped an arm around Janet. "I'll hide out with you. It'll be our secret."
They munched chips together as the movie continued in the other room.

She pushed the thought out of her head as a young brunette - probably a lieutenant - brushed by her. She ran her hand along Sam's shoulder and said, "Excuse me..."
Sam scoffed and smiled at Teal'c. "Have you ever seen her before?"
"I have not."
"Probably nothing. Let's move out."
The Stargate came to life. She would never see Earth again.
