Sam always ran sort of hot and cold to Brooke, it’s one of those quirks in their strange quasi-familial relationship. Before it baffled her; the bouts of seeming indifference mixed in with completely irrational outbursts over trivial things, Everyone else seemed to like her, so what exactly drove the brunette to her mood swings she was never sure. Now though, in the aftermath of recent events, she thinks she might be getting it. As she desperately tries to forget that soft, wet feeling, and the taste that still lingers she realizes that won’t change just yet. And maybe, just maybe she’s ok with that.
