So did I; I think it fit her very much. I don't really like the other accents where she sounds squeakier than Usagi.
Then again, I didn't really have a problem with the dub voices. The butchered dialogue, sure, but I always thought the voice themselves were fine. (Especially Usagi/Serena's first voice, until they went and changed it. Her second voice dubber was just terrible.)
Agreed on Kim/Ron. I feel kind of bad for not liking it (that kind of ship is right up my alley) but they really do not have romantic chemistry. The way that they acted as friends was the same way that they acted as a couple. Plus, they didn't hint towards Kim/Ron until season three. It seemed like those two getting together was just a cliche' wrap up for So The Drama. Meh.
I feel a little bad, too, because they're great friends. It's just a shame that you could never believe in their relationship. I really do think the writers just had no idea how to transition them from friends to boyfriend/girlfriend, since they planned for season three to be the last one. Even then, the ending did seem to be a cliche wrap up as you've said. :\
To be honest, most of the canon ships in Kim Possible never seem...genuine. Drakken/Shego is considerably worst, because they randomly put them together in the final episode without the build-up, from what I've heard, but they do have something that can be read as romance chemistry. (Slap-slap-kiss, mainly.)
