Start of a beautiful bromance;
Most would say they clashed in many ways, from outward personalities to everything in-between; but they both know the reason they get along so famously is because they're actually quite similar.
Chie;
It's really hard for Yosuke to stifle his laughter when he sees Chie excitedly trying to tackle Yuuta for a hug, much to the other's chagrin.
Tennis;
The way Yosuke's eyes glazed over when Yuuta talked about tennis just couldn't be helped; he had no problem with the sport, but most of Yuuta's excited talk went straight over his head.

For how goofy he always seemed to be, Yumi saw something theatrical about the way Yosuke carried himself when he wore that Junes apron.

It never mattered how nonchalant Izaya was - every last conversation he had with Rise was a ruse to find out what she was hiding from him.
Mythology;
Neither of them knew which was more strange - the fact that Rise anticipated Izaya's mythology riddles, or the fact that Izaya felt gratified when Rise would give him a proper answer.

His persistence surprised her; her ability to remain tight-lipped surprised him.
