i'm just tryin to help. i been cutting, gaining, maintaining weight since like 9th grade because of wrestling. i'm just saying, all these "diets" r known as "fad" diets. u have to totally change eating habits for almost 8 months for ur metabolism to reset itself. then, in order to maintain the results u have to maintain ur eating habits for ur body to feel comfortable.

why?
losing weight and maintaining lost weight is 2 different battles. SBD is good for cutting, but not maintaining.
