Why do girls feel the need to find a new guy within days of a break up? Guy's can be sensitive too.

I believe the correct term for this is, "on the rebound".
I suppose it isn't necessarily a hunt for a new guy, but more so an attempt at filling a void. They almost always quickly realize that trying to replace something that is far gone, is not what they need or are capable of doing. Chin up.
