I'm still at the froot.. Got bumped up to the tier 3/contract team, so I'm dealing with the *real* assholes now. I was in Japan for 3 months last year on-site with a customer. I'm studying the japanese myself now, too. Drop me an email or somethin'.

well, comparatively mellow. a combination of not wasting my life answering the phones at froot, sex, and working towards a degree make me a fairly happy camper.
Krispy told me a couple months back that all the tier 2 and higher support was about to be outsourced to Canada. you in danger of losing your job?

Japanese is kicking my ass already and I've only been studying it for a week. We're about a third of the way through the Hiragana, and I have maybe a quarter of that memorized.
And at the same time, we're memorizing vocab based on Roma spellings. If the entire semester is like this, I might start crying.
