While I ponder for a few seconds on my options, I assume a strategic hull down position in front of a vital resource. Several bags of candy had been dropped by fleeing denizens of Sunnydale. They require guarding. Sweet, sweet delicious candy.

How do you do it? You take some of the most unlikely scenarios (with this one topping the list) and not only make them work, you make them rock.

It's a BOLO. According to the Rule of Cool, the inclusion of a BOLO in any story automatically grants up to two hundred levels of Awesome. The trick is to keep Xander in character despite the epic level of curbstompage even a mini-BOLO can dish out.
