We've returned from the desert.

Only a dwarf knows of the method to carve the charm. [And Edward doesn't really look like a dwarf to him.]

Lloyd wasn't a dwarf. And I can lend him mine, to see if he'd have any luck copying it.

It's just a matter of not having inhibitor ore. Though you never know... it could be in the forge.

Lloyd had also been trained by a dwarf for most of his life. Even then, he only had the basic knowledge of it. Still... Edward seems to be a skilled enough craftsman.

[He nods at that, his eyes glancing over towards the direction of the smithy.] I will continue to check the stores for any sign of it. If we do find it, though, we must use it in moderation. It's possible that if Edward does make one, it may not work.
